Course Details

At the end of this course, participants will be able to: 

  • Recognize the importance of competitive analysis.
  • Identify various competitors and understand who your competition is. 
  • Develop an understanding of the importance of a minimum viable product or service (MVP or MVS).
  • Understand why there is a need for an MVP.
  • Identify an example of an MVP/MVS.

This series is best taken in order by completing with each class building on work from the previous. From these classes, you can expect to have a broad overview of various points to consider when opening or starting a business.
