Course Details
In collaboration with CARA Chicago, Success in the Workplace will introduce participants to five workplace competencies critical to their future success in whatever career path you may choose. During this sessions, participants will gain an understanding of each competency and in future sessions be given a chance to deep dive and explore each competency in detail.
Topics include an overview of:
- Time Management
- Teamwork
- Conflict Management
- Professionalism
- Communication
Please note, this course will be required as a prerequisite for admission into the HVAC fundamentals program. After successful completion, interested participants will be contacted for further information.
