Course Details

What does it mean to be digitally literate? The digital world is always moving, let us help you keep up.

At the end of this course participants will be able to:

•Explain what digital literacy means.
•Explain what a personal device is and how they work.
•Apply knowledge learned about different types of personal devices so they can choose the right one for them.
•Demonstrate knowledge of basic software.
•Explain the different digital platforms available for use.
•Demonstrate how to utilize a personal device.
•Demonstrate ability to select correct internet for their needs, then set up needed equipment and utilize the internet.
•Apply safety measures while utilizing a personal device.
•Operate personal device and be able to solve basic technical issues.
