Course Details

In order  to  start a  business,  you need  to  start by  setting  yourself  up  for  success.  To  be successful,  you’ll  need  to  have  a  plan.  That plan  should  include  the  most  important  part, your  customers. Knowing  your  customers  is  the  key  to  success.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the value proposition for your new business by discovering the value your product/service will offer to customers.
  • Recognize the importance of executing the proper groundwork for developing customer relationships.
  • Identify the reasons why customers buy products or services
  • Demonstrate the ability to study and evaluate potential customer characteristics.
  • Identify the gain creators and pain relievers that your product or service will provide to your customers.
  • Employ strategies to test-market your business to potential customers.

This series is best taken in order by completing with each class building on work from the previous. From these classes, you can expect to have a broad overview of various points to consider when opening or starting a business.
