No matter what type of resume you use, there are important components and information that can make your resume stand out. Join us as we learn how to construct an outstanding resume.
Some of the topics covered in this course include:
· Understand why your resume is important.
· Discuss the two different types of resume objective statements and practice writing the one that works best for you.
· Cover the main sections of a resume and what they should include.
· Explain the do’s and don’ts of resume writing.
· Learn the importance of having a master resume and practice creating or updating one.
· Recognize the professional site LinkedIn as an asset to grow your professional network.
